What types of subscription plans are available on RobertParker.com?
There are two types of subscription plans available (click here for full explanation):
Personal Subscription: Best for beginners and wine lovers who would like to expand their wine knowledge.
The Personal subscription does not allow for any usage or reproduction of the copyrighted content available on RobertParker.com such as ratings and tasting notes.
This is the right subscription for you if you are a wine lover and do not need to use the RP points and tasting notes for marketing and business purposes. You can view our subscription plan options here.
Commercial Subscription: Designed to provide wine industry professionals enjoyment of our information and benefits offered on RobertParker.com together with the right to use, within certain limits, the copyrighted content available on RobertParker.com, such as ratings and tasting notes, in their marketing material (websites, catalogues, displays...).
The Commercial subscriptions allow you to reproduce a limited number of Robert Parker points and tasting notes only relative to the specific products you sell. Any other usage would require that you contact us for a separate arrangement.
This is the right subscription for you if you are a wine professional who uses Robert Parker points and tasting notes for marketing and business purposes. You can purchase our commercial subscription plan here.
How do I pay for my subscription?
You pay online with a credit card during the sign-up process. You can ask for a payment receipt that will be auto-generated and emailed to you. You can also download receipts from your past payments in your Payment History under My Subscriptions.

I just purchased a subscription, but did not receive any confirmation.
You should have received a payment receipt at the email address that you used to subscribe. Please check your spam folder to see if it may have ended up there. If you did not receive it, there may be a problem setting up your account. Please contact us at support@robertparker.com and we will verify that you are entered in our records correctly. You pay online after the registration process using a credit card. You can ask for a payment receipt that will be auto-generated and emailed to you.

I have a personal subscription. Can I replace it with a commercial subscription?
Currently we do not have the option to change to a commercial subscription while you have an ongoing personal subscription. Please contact us at support@robertparker.com to change your subscription type with immediate effect.
How do I add or remove users from my commercial account?
You can add/remove group users if you are the manager of a commercial group.

Adding a group user:

  1. Log into your group manager's account.
  2. Access your Account preference by clicking your name on the top right corner of the website.
  3. Click on Manage Company to access the Manage Group tab.
  4. You can view the list of all group users and their status. You can invite more users to your group by clicking on “Add Group User”.
  5. If the number of available add-ons is 0, please buy more add-ons to validate more users.

Removing a group user:

  1. Groups users that have been invited or accepted your invite will be listed under the section Group Users.
  2. You can remove an individual user from your group by clicking ‘Delete user’.
  3. If you want to delete multiple users, you can select the users by clicking the checkbox on each user. Then click the ‘Remove selected’ button.
How do I renew my subscription?
By default, your subscription will be set to auto-renew, and the renewal will be processed automatically. If your auto-renew is turned off, your subscription will end on the expiration date. I have updated my credit card details for my account, but I am still unable to renew my subscription.
If your subscription has already expired, the subscription will not auto-renew. Please renew by purchasing a new subscription here:https://www.robertparker.com/subscriptions

I have successfully updated my credit card details and renewed my subscription, but still can't access RobertParker.com.

I would like to request for a copy of the invoice or receipt of the subscription.
You can download your payment receipts by going to Payment history in https://www.robertparker.com/my-subscription. If you need an invoice sent to you, please email here with the company name and billing address that you would like listed.
How do I update my profile?
You can update your profile by clicking your name in the top right of the website and selecting “My Profile” in the drop-down menu.
What limitations are there on my use of the web site?
