Guess what? I tasted more wines from Rioja than ever before for this report, which is my fourth on the region. The bulk of my tastings were wines from 2015—some 28% of the total—and then 20% each from 2014 and 2016. I also had a handful of late releases from 2013, 2012 and 2011 and a bunch of early 2017s.
