This is my fourth round of the different appellations in Galicia—one of the most active regions in Spain when it comes to characterful wines produced with local grape varieties that offer personality, quality and differentiation at very attractive prices. Only a handful of the close to 400 wines I tasted from there reach three-digit prices.
