France, Burgundy: The Musigny Mystery (1919 - 1998)

Musigny remains a mystery to me. Though fortunate to have tasted the wines many times, admittedly without the comprehensiveness of this particular tasting, Musigny remains a somewhat enigmatic Grand Cru. Like a distant star, I can easily see it twinkling up there in the night sky. But I can never touch it.
